The field of exercise and sport science includes physical fitness and training for health and performance.
The purpose of this major is to address the public health need of physical inactivity by equipping students with the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for entry-level exercise and sport science positions in public or private industries or future graduate study in related areas. 另外, this program will prepare individuals for sport related careers, 比如教练, strength and conditioning, and aerobic training of athletes.
TU’ 锻炼 and 运动科学 program incorporates a wide range of hands-on coursework in addition to a strong science foundation to prepare students for a variety of industry certifications as well as graduate school.
